Every order ships tracked and insured to its full value. Graded cards are rigid, awkward and valuable, and they are packed accordingly.
Options and timings
- EU Standard — 5–7 business days, tracked and insured.
- EU Express — 1–2 business days, tracked and insured.
- International — 14–21 business days, tracked and insured.
Rates are calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day.
How orders are packed
Slabs are sleeved, taped between rigid boards, wrapped, and boxed with void fill — not bubble mailers. The outer packaging carries no indication of the contents.
Insurance
Insurance to the full purchase value is included on every order at no extra cost. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, you are covered — we handle the carrier claim and either replace the card where possible or refund you in full.
Damage claims need photographs of the outer packaging and the card as it arrived, so please photograph before fully unpacking.
Customs and duties
Orders within the EU carry no additional duty. Orders outside the EU may attract import duty or tax on arrival, set by your own country and payable by you as the recipient. We declare all shipments accurately at their full value — we will not under-declare an order, as that would void its insurance.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your order is dispatched, and is available under My account. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
